Whether you prefer 1-on-1 training or a small group setting, everything is structured to give you the guidance, support, and progression you need, but without the overwhelm.

How In-Person Training Works

Initial Consultation

You’ll start by choosing a day and time that works for you to come in for a consultation and trial workout (about 1 hour total).

Personalized Exercise Plan

Next, I'll build your training plan around your goals, experience level, and schedule with a clear progression so you know what you’re working toward and why. Sessions focus on building strength and cardiorespiratory fitness safely and consistently over time. We can discuss whether nutrition coaching is needed as well.

Coaching & Support

You’ll receive hands-on coaching during each session, along with guidance and feedback to help you move well, build confidence, and stay consistent. Education is built into the process so you understand what you’re doing, not just follow directions.

App Based Tracking

All your workouts, progress photos, measurements, steps, and nutrition habits in one place. You’ll see your progress build week after week.
