Online coaching provides you with a completely personalized program tailored to your individuals wants, needs, and capabilities. It allows the individual to create their own schedule when it comes to their workouts while still providing education and accountability that in-person coaching possesses.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE:

  • 100% personalized programming (updated every 4-6 weeks to ensure progress & actual enjoyment)

  • 12/7 access to me with a 3 hour Response time via app or personal cell

    • I reach out to you via text 1-2x per week

  • access to app where we track progress through monthly photos, measurements, weigh ins (optional), and every workout you complete

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance (Sleep, stress management, micro & Macro-nutrient suggestions, hydration, and supplementation)

  • exercise demonstrations

    • form Critique or clarification whenever needed or requested

  • bi-weekly or monthly check ins via phone call
